You, you’ve, your, the customer, you the customer are all used to identify or distinguish customers from DArtisan.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then you may not access the service provided. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. It is understood that D'Artisan, Dartisan has the right to market and display all custom pieces.

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and

2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate and truthful and you will update your personal information if it changes.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to reflect any changes to the way we operate our website and the way we expect user(s) to behave on our site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You understand that all order(s) are final. All hand-made items will require ample time to be created. We will do our best to have your piece created in a timely manner, but some pieces can take up to 2 to 4 weeks to be received. If the item is no longer available after your order is completely paid off, please allow for 2 to 4 weeks to complete the production of the item. If you need an item to be expedited, feel free to send us an email at dartisan1@outlook.com. We appreciate your patience, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

ORDER SUBMISSIONS VIA D’ARTISAN WEBSITE?

Once your order has been submitted, a credit card authorization will occur. An authorization checks if your credit card is valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the online transaction. The total amount of the online transaction is held and deducted from your credit card limit.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY                                                                                                           
All products are subject to availability and will be sold to first come first serve basis. Items in your shopping cart are not secure until order payment is successfully processed, and in this time may be purchased by other customers. Your order is considered completed once we have dispatched your items. Please note that there is a possibility that before your order(s) completion, changes may occur to your order. These are due to factors such as unavailability of product or stock discrepancies. In the rare chance that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, we will deliberate each case and proceed with further investigation. 

However, DArtisan is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages while in transit by the carrier. We are not able to provide a full refund for lost packages. High value items will require signature upon delivery and will not be released to any person other than the customer with valid identification. If you’ve missed the delivery of your package please contact the shipping company, which may reschedule delivery the following day or allow you to pick up your parcel at one their postal branches.

RETURN POLICY                                                                                                                          
All sales are final, and no refund will be issued directly with Dartisan until further notice. Please review your order(s) thoroughly and make sure all information provided is accurate. Items are not shipped until paid in full.​

PRIVACY POLICY                                                                                                                        
All transactions on this website are processed using industry standard encryption, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We will only use your personal details to complete your order through Dartisan. We have the right to use your name in case of any jurisdiction.

HUE ACCURACY                                                                                                                           
We take extra care in trying to display the hue of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different spectrums of lighting, hues may appear to be different. Hues may also appear differently due to the calibration of your phone or computer monitor.

STORING AND CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY (Coming Soon)

It is recommended to store your jewelry in the box that you received with your order to prevent oxidation. Exposure to air, sweat, makeup, and other chemicals can cause oxidation and tarnish jewelry.

Right to publicity: D'artisan, Dartisan and its owner retains the right to publicity. Dartisan and its owner retains the right intellectual property and any all individuals must request formal permission to use their likeness.
